Process automation: how it works

Integrate e-mails with Monday:

Communication will most likely take place via email at some point in the project. It is therefore important that this exchanged information is also available in the CRM. By integrating emails with Monday, new contacts can be transferred to Monday or the conversation history can be integrated into the CRM so that the entire team is always up-to-date. If you connect other tools, such as accounting, you can also save yourself the repetitive entry of data there.

Integrate task and project management:

Tools such as Asana or Trello are often used for internal task and project management, even if Monday offers such functions itself. Integration is no problem here either: New tasks, boards or projects can be created automatically from the information on a project as soon as a new contact or deal is created in Monday or vice versa: The information from your PM is automatically displayed in Monday.

Connect online appointments:

There are countless tools out there for making appointments online. Most of them offer automatic confirmation or reminder emails from the outset. But integration with Monday makes even more possible: leads who book an appointment with you via software such as Calendly or Harmonizely are automatically created as a contact in Monday and assigned a status. This means that no more leads are lost and you can optimally prepare for the meeting.
