Process automation: how it works

  • Move e-mail attachments to lexoffice: You often receive important receipts and invoices by email. However, you don't have to upload these manually to the accounting system. The attachments and email content are automatically moved to lexoffice so that you can post them directly.
  • Archive important receipts: Of course, receipts need to be stored and archived. That's why we can integrate them with a cloud storage connection such as Dropbox or GoogleDrive and store them easily in specific folders.
  • Manage contacts and update master data: The information for your lexoffice contacts is probably also available in other applications, such as CRM or a database. Simply synchronize this data and keep your contacts, customers or suppliers up to date. Avoid errors in data maintenance and be sure that all master data is identical and correct in all applications.
  • Create automated credit notes: Different types of credit notes, such as net, gross or tax-free, can be created automatically with or without reference to an invoice. Both the partial and total amount of an invoice can thus be refunded to your customers.
