Cloud-Based Infrastructure Created The Basis for Automating 58% of The Process Flows

In order to provide IMAP with the best possible solution for their individual processes, we first conducted a comprehensive analysis of the existing IT infrastructure. We place great value on close cooperation with our customers, because they know best about their internal processes. We see ourselves as part of the team that works together to find and implement the most efficient and best solution. The first and biggest challenge was the local server structure of IMAP GmbH. The consultancy did not work cloud-based before, so the infrastructure had to be fundamentally renewed in order to be future-proof and pioneering.

The first step on the path to automation was therefore the implementation of all necessary web applications. This was the basic prerequisite for the subsequent automation of 58% of the existing processes. We were even able to automate 100% of the bridging tasks in internal communication, such as sending reminders for time recording.

Increase Efficiency - Automate Repetitive Tasks

By automating internal communication, costly interruptions to one's own work can be efficiently avoided and productivity increased. Especially the preparation of offers is a time-consuming, recurring task for management consultancies. By automating these tasks, employees have more time to devote to customer care and consulting. In the case of IMAP, the time it takes to prepare a proposal has been reduced from one to two days for larger projects to 30 to 60 minutes.

Time-consuming reporting and time recording are now also a thing of the past at the Düsseldorf-based consultancy. The automated documentation of projects is faster and more sustainable. The weekly project overview generated in this way provides the team with a detailed overview of the current project status and its progress, without employees having to deal with time-consuming reporting. In this way, transparency about the progress of a project is maintained and any problems that may arise are recognized and remedied at an early stage.
